Jelly Doughnuts

Ingredients
1 cup of all-purpose flour
A quarter cup of sugar.
2.5 tsp. instant yeast
A pinch of salt
A cup of milk
Two teaspoons of melted unsalted butter
One big egg
Your preferred jam or jelly for filling
Finely ground sugar for sprinkling
Instructions
Combine the flour, sugar, instant yeast, and salt in a large mixing basin.
Warm the milk in a separate microwave-safe dish to a comfortable temperature.
Whisk together the heated milk, melted butter, and egg.
Combine the dry ingredients with the milk mixture and stir until a dough forms.
Work the dough for approximately 5 minutes to make it elastic and smooth.
Using a cover, let the dough to rise in a warm location for around an hour, or until it has doubled in size.
Divide the dough into 6 equal halves after punching it down.
Spread a dollop of jam or jelly in the middle of each chunk of dough and flatten it.
Roll the dough into a smooth ball by pinching the corners together to seal the dough.
For three minutes, preheat your Ninja Dual Zone Air Fryer to 180°C (360°F).
Distribute the doughnuts evenly inside the air fryer basket.
Air fried the doughnuts for 10 minutes or until golden brown and well cooked at 180°C (360°F).
Take the doughnuts out of the air fryer and set them aside to cool.
Before serving, sprinkle powdered sugar over the doughnuts.
