Biscuit Balls

Ingredients
Two cups of regular flour
One spoonful of baking soda
A pinch of salt
Cold, cut into tiny pieces, 1/2 cup unsalted butter.
A glass of milk.
Two tablespoons of sugar, granulated
A single teaspoon of vanilla essence
Sugar in powder form for dusting
Instructions
For three minutes, preheat your Ninja Dual Zone Air Fryer to 180°C (360°F).
Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar in a large basin.
Add the cold butter pieces to the flour mixture and stir until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. You may also use your fingers or a pastry cutter to incorporate the butter pieces.
Combine the milk and vanilla essence in a separate basin.
Carefully avoid overmixing as you pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and whisk just until incorporated.
Form the dough into little balls with a diameter of 1-2 inches.
Insert the biscuit balls into the basket of the air fryer, spacing them apart.
Air fry the cookie balls for 10 minutes or until golden brown and thoroughly cooked at 180°C (360°F).
Take the biscuit balls out of the air fryer and set them aside to cool.
Before serving, sprinkle the biscuit balls with powdered sugar.
