Bagels

Ingredients
Two cups of regular flour
One tablespoon of sugar, granulated
One teaspoon quick yeast
A half-teaspoon of salt
5 ounces of warm water
One teaspoon of olive oil
One beaten egg for an egg wash
Your preferred toppings, such as sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and everything bagel spice.
Instructions
Combine the flour, sugar, instant yeast, and salt in a large mixing basin.
Combine the dry ingredients with the warm water and olive oil.
Stir until the dough begins to come together, then knead it for approximately 5 minutes on a lightly dusted surface until it is smooth and elastic.
Separate the dough into four equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
Poke a hole with your thumb in the middle of each dough ball, then stretch and mold the hole into the shape of a bagel.
Spend three minutes bringing your Ninja Dual Zone Air Fryer to 180°C (360°F).
Arrange the bagels with room between them in the air fryer basket.
Sprinkle your choice toppings on top of the bagels after brushing them with the beaten egg wash.
Cook the bagels in one zone of the Ninja Dual Zone Air Fryer for 10 minutes at 180°C (360°F), turning them halfway through.
Take the bagels out of the air fryer and let them cool before serving on a wire rack.
Half the bagels, then eat with your preferred spreads or fillings.
