Ingredients

4 chicken thighs without the bones and skin.

Sliced 2 cups of a mixture of veggies, including bell peppers, onions, zucchini, and mushrooms.

2 teaspoons of olive oil

A tablespoon of Cajun spice

A tsp. of salt

A quarter teaspoon of black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, as a garnish)

 

Instructions

For three minutes, preheat your Ninja Dual Zone Air Fryer to 200°C (400°F).

Combine the mixed veggies in a bowl and toss with the olive oil, Cajun spice, salt, and black pepper to evenly coat.

Arrange the veggies in one section of the air fryer basket and leave room in the other section for the chicken thighs.

Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and Cajun spice after rubbing them with olive oil.

Put the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket’s other section.

Air fry the chicken and veggies for 20 minutes at 200 °C (400 °F), or until the chicken is well cooked.

Take the chicken and veggies out of the air fryer and let them aside to rest for a while.

Arrange the Cajun chicken among the veggies and, if like, top with fresh parsley that has been chopped.
