Spicy Lamb Chops

Ingredients
8 lamb chops
Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
1 paprika tablespoon
One teaspoon of ground cumin
One tablespoon of chili powder
One half a teaspoon of garlic powder
A pinch of salt
A quarter teaspoon of black pepper
Fresh mint leaves as a garnish, if desired
Instructions
For three minutes, preheat your Ninja Dual Zone Air Fryer to 200°C (400°F).
In a small bowl, mix the paprika, cumin powder, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to form a spice rub.
Rub the lamb chops with olive oil, then coat them with the spice rub, ensuring they are thoroughly covered.
Place the lamb chops in one zone of the air fryer basket, allowing room for additional ingredients in the other zone.
Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 12 minutes or until the lamb chops are cooked to your preferred degree of doneness.
Remove the lamb chops from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve the spicy lamb chops hot, topped with fresh mint leaves if preferred.
