Four lamb ribs

A teaspoon of olive oil

1 diced onion

2 minced garlic cloves

8 ounces of chopped mushrooms

One cup of beef stock

One tablespoon of dried rosemary

One tablespoon of dried thyme

A pinch of salt

A sprinkling of black pepper



For three minutes, preheat your Ninja Dual Zone Air Fryer to 180°C (360°F).

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Brown the lamb shanks all over in a hot pan. Take out of the skillet, then put it aside.

Include the sliced mushrooms, minced garlic, and chopped onion in the same skillet. Sauté the mushrooms and onions until they are both golden brown.

Fill the pan with the beef stock, dried thyme, dry rosemary, salt, and pepper. To blend, stir.

Arrange the lamb shanks in one zone of the air fryer basket and the mushroom mixture in the opposite zone.

Air fry the lamb shanks for 2 hours and 30 minutes at 180 °C (360 °F), or until they are cooked and the flesh readily separates from the bone.

Take the air-fried lamb shanks with mushroom sauce out and give them some time to rest before serving.
