1 medium-sized sweet potato

One cooked cup of quinoa

Half a cup of rinsed and drained black beans

1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped

A quarter-cup of chopped green bell pepper

1/4 cup red onion, chopped

1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro

2.2 tsp. lime juice

One teaspoon of olive oil

1 teaspoon cumin powder

5 g of chili powder

A salt shakerful

5 milligrams of black pepper



For three minutes, preheat your Ninja Dual Zone Air Fryer to 200°C (400°F).

Use a fork to pierce each sweet potato many times.

Put the sweet potatoes in one of the air fryer’s zones, leaving room in the other for additional ingredients.

Air fry the sweet potatoes for 30 minutes or until they are cooked at 200°C (400°F).

Combine the cooked quinoa, black beans, red and green bell peppers, diced red onion, fresh cilantro, lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, cumin seed, chili powder, salt, and black pepper in a dish.

Cut each baked sweet potato in half, then stuff the insides with the quinoa and black bean mixture.

Hot serve the sweet potatoes with the filling.
