Lava Cake

Ingredients
A 4-ounce bar of dark chocolate.
A half-cup of unsalted butter
0.5 cup confectioners’ sugar
Two big eggs
A quarter cup of all-purpose flour
A pinch of salt
Cooking spritz
You may garnish with vanilla ice cream or powdered sugar.
Instructions
Turn on the Ninja Dual Zone Air Fryer and preheat it for three minutes to 180°C (350°F).
Melt the unsalted butter and dark chocolate in a dish that can be placed in the microwave, stirring until melted and combined.
In another basin, thoroughly mix the powdered sugar, eggs, all-purpose flour, and salt.
Stirring constantly, gradually integrate the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
Distribute the batter equally among the four ramekins after lightly spraying them with cooking spray.
Arrange the ramekins in one area of the air fryer basket, leaving room in the other for more desserts.
Air fry for 12 minutes, or until the sides are golden and the middle is still a little runny, at 180°C (350°F).
Remove the lava cakes from the air fryer with care, and then allow them to cool before serving.
Optional: Top with a dollop of vanilla ice cream or dusted with powdered sugar.
